An absolutely amazing job by Ric. My phone got damaged whilst on holidays. Unfortunately, the phone wasn’t backed up to cloud Apple advised that all data will be lost upon repair or replacement. Ric got all my data from my damaged phone recovered and I got a new phone from Apple (under warranty). Super grateful to Ric for the service provided. Such a nice guy too.

Rick provides an honest and first class service. I have walked in several times to have Rick tell me a better and cheaper way to resolve my issue. He didn’t make a cent.  At other times he has fixed a number of other IT issues. A lovely human. Highly recommended.
